“Disappointing stay - poor room condition and highly noisy”
+Not much. It is close to Journal square and you can get to manhattan in 20 min or less
−I was very disappointed with my stay due to several issues with the room condition and noise levels: • Room condition: The furniture was old and visibly damaged. The bed sheets were colored, which made it difficult to tell if they were actually clean. • Safety & amenities: The smoke detector was damaged, which felt like a safety hazard. Additionally, the TV remote did not work, making the TV completely useless during my stay. • Severe noise issues: My room shared a wall with a bathroom, meaning I could hear plumbing noises constantly. Furthermore, there was zero soundproofing,I could hear every single sound from the hallway, including people walking, talking, and doors opening and closing all night long. Couldn’t sleep well. • had to call property management to find out which room I had. No proper communication upfront. I would not recommend staying here until management addresses these maintenance and comfort issues.

“Pictures are deceiving”
+Decently close to Journal Square station that is pretty good connectivity-wise. Good price for the reguon
−The room doesn't really look like in the picture. It's much smaller and it doesn't have its own bathroom. The bathroom is shared with other 8 people and at times you have to wait to get access to, not to mention the shower doesn't work very well. The neighborhood doesn't really have much unless you are specifically looking for Indian food, and the walk to the PATH station is longer than it looks like in the map. I would say it's overall OK for a place you will go to just to sleep and leave, but it's not worth the almost $100/night I paid. Expect it to be worse than what is shown in the pictures
