“Great location, good value, West Tower is the oldest building with 3 other newer options.”
+The location and the resort grounds. Price was also good. Staff was friendly!
−West Tower appears to be an old Cold War hospital. The building needs some TLC! Carpets had deep stains in hallway, walls had stains or ripped wallpaper.

“Stunning mountain views, but high food prices.”
+I loved the beautiful panoramic mountain views.
−I think the food prices are high for a 3 star hotel.

“Needs a mayor upgrade ASAP!”
+Location
−OMG! This place needs an upgrade ASAP. Looks like it hasn't been touch in decades. Patch up everywhere and rundown. Cleanliness was very poor, bathroom soap scum in the glass, bathroom sink looked dirty and kitchennett area backlash was dirty. Towels looked dirty and old. I'm glad I brought my own because in Korea some places have small towels like here. I think the only thing they do is change the bedsheets they looked clean to me. Bed was very uncomfortable. A/C only the common area we had to leave the door of the room open to feel the ac and my kids had to move to the coming area because the ac doesn't reach the room. Also the floor heater was on (not to hot) and we couldn't find a switch to turn it off. We stay at the west building. We booked because of the view and we were going to hike in Seoraksan. Check in was hectic I don't know if it was a holiday but goodness never have experience check in like this. It was rush because of the amount of people. I had to pick a number and wait for 80+ persons before me. Took like 25 min. And lastly parking is impossible. Cars parked at no designated spots even at sidewalks.

“devastating”
+nothing
−The block is so old, musty, smell bad, on top of that no towel provided, no drinking water provided, not even luggage storage. Room is dirty, dusty and sheets are not clean

+The resident was built several decades ago so it's old but well maintained and clean. The bed was very comfy This resort complex has everything you can enjoy, restaurants, bars, great swimming pools with several kids' entertainment options and jacuzzi. The surrounding nature and views were beautiful. Most of all, all the resort staffs in every department (check-in, cleaning, shops, swimming pool, kids activities...) were very kind and professional.
−The swimming pool is not free and quite pricey ... :-(
