“Did not feel welcome, disappointing.”
+The breakfast was very nice and the young man that waited on me was very nice and attentive.
−Room was very cold. Was not informed how to make the shower work. Not very friendly hosts I am blind disabled and did not feel I could ask for help as the hosts appeared unapproachan.e. I did not get the room I booked for either!

“Comfortable value for money stay in a good location.”
+Superb choice and value on the menu. Lounge and bar exuded a warm homely friendly ambience. Owners were brilliant, nothing was too much trouble. Room was tastefully decorated, the entire hotel had a cosy feel about it. Some interesting portraits going up the stairs.
−Can't think of anything.

“Ok but wouldnt return”
+The breakfast was made to order , hot and well cooked .
−The room was very small and very hot. The advertised bar / lounge was not available to us as guests , though there were people in it . We were told we could get a drink and sit in the breakfast area . As Blackpool is not short of alternative bars , we declined .
