“Unpleasant considering the unhygienic conditions, staff behavior but the views were excellent.”
+Breakfast was not included in the room rent. We just ordered tea and coffee as the kitchen starts at 8:00 a.m. only, which is too late for early risers. There were cockroaches in the room, so we did not order any food as the kitchen hygiene could only be imagined. The views from the room were excellent. I booked non-view rooms, but they gave me hill-view rooms without any extra charge. These were the good points about the hotel. Another good thing is that the hotel is 200-300m from the mall road.
−The rooms were smelly, the bedsheets and pillow covers were dirty and used. The room reeked of foul odour. Even the floors were covered with thick layers of dust. The entire corridor reeked of rotten wood and dirty laundry. The towels were dirty as well. They should be penalized for keeping such poorly maintained rooms and harassing the customers. The room rent of 2500 plus gst was not worth such a poorly kept hotel. They should charge 400-500 only just like any low-end hotel. The staff was also rude and unfriendly. They did not apologize or show any remorse for their mistreatment of customers. Even upon request to change the bedsheets, the hotel boy turned up with even dirtier bedsheet, which he pulled up from the used laundry bundle. It should be debarred and delisted from booking.com as the majority of the reviews were extremely bad.

“Really really bad experience.”
+Nothing! The property was at pathetic state. Really Bad smell, unhygienic rooms, bed and bathroom.
−Everything! The property is not suitable for anyone especially for family. Room floor and bathroom was dirty, and had a very bad odour.

“There are 200 hotels on mall road. Book somewhere else.”
+The kitchen and food was good.
−The housekeeping was horrible. Torn pillow covers, used and dirty quill covers and bedshy. Big fat spider in the room. They did not even keep a soap in the washroom and when I complained they took it so lightly like it doesn't matter. No soap, towel was provided. We had to ask for everything. Horrible stay.

“Everything was good except that cap wala person. He needs to learn some manners.”
−All the facilities were okay except they didn’t provide us with slippers even after asking and the cap person who sits in the reception doesn’t have manners to talk to his customers.
