“Needs to have away to contact manager”
+Clean and comfortable
−At 1:30 in the morning the couple in the room next door were fighting. There was no phone in room to contact management. Had to call the sheriff. When the sheriff’s left. The man started hitting the joining door calling us names. We had to call the sheriff again. We did not feel safe

“Great location and room”
+The location is perfect and the rooms were very nicely kept.
−The manager told us at check in that we could check out late, but the staff shouldn’t even knock on the door until 11 and just to let them know that it was ok’d through the manager to leave late. Then the staff knocked on our door every 15 minutes starting at 10:30 up until 11:45, even though we told them multiple times we’d be checking out at 12.

“Great Location, Nice Room, Very over priced.”
+The rooms have been updated and have a nice feel to them. The beds were comfortable. It had a fridge and microwave. The location was great situated between Big Bear Lake and ArrowBear Lake. Close access to OHV trails, which is why we were there.
−Not worth the price tag what so ever. Very, Very, Very over priced. For the same price I could have stayed in a luxury hotel on the beach in with a restaurant and much better amenities.

“Extremely Disappointing Stay”
+Room was clean
−I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The biggest issue was the constant noise. There was nonstop stomping and loud noise coming from the room above me throughout the night, along with other noises from the hallway and surrounding rooms. It was impossible to get a good night’s sleep. A hotel should provide a comfortable place to rest, but unfortunately that was not my experience. I barely slept because of the noise, which completely affected my stay. I hope the management takes this issue seriously by improving soundproofing or enforcing quiet hours. Based on my experience, I would not stay here again and cannot recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful night’s sleep.

“nice rooms at a decent price”
+comfy room, clean, no elevator, but beds were comfortable. newly remodeled rooms. nice. The front desk has no frills and nowhere to sit.

“Lovely accessible stay in the mountains.”
+I was traveling with my mom in a wheelchair. At times in the mountains that could be very difficult to find a place that really accommodates her needs. Our accessible room was excellent. The bed was super comfy, and just the right height for easy transfers. The walk-in shower was fabulous, door with was great, many details were put in place like lower cabinets for an accessible room. No carpet is also a plus the walkway to the room was a little narrow, but manageable, even with my mom and an extra wide chair. The staff was very friendly and pleasant from the desk clerk to the cleaning stuff. The room is very clean, and small details like stamps on the toilet paper, nice. I could tell the room was upgraded recently. They did a really great job with the furniture.
