+The friendliness of the staff The cosy, exclusive atmosphere The room comfort and decoration The quality and variety of the breakfast The proximity to the beach The calm, relaxed atmosphere if the area The short Grab drive into the Hoi An historical city centre (at bit too far to ride bikes in the very hot weather) The clear water on the long beach The hotel bikes that you can just borrow The early morning wet market further up the beach (can ride a bike) The Banh Mi sandwiches
−Hum...difficult one....maybe Hoi An city centre too crowded and touristy?

+Dechiu is a beautiful hotel, it feels super cozy and relaxing. The decor is absolutely beautiful, it feels like staying at an art gallery - the attention to detail they put into everything is great. Very close to the beach and easy to get transportation around the area. The room was aesthetically pleasing and relaxing, with great linens and scent. The staff is super friendly, they made us feel welcomed and at ease. The dog is adorable and we loved having her around when we were at the cafe 💕 The vegetarian breakfast was delicious, we loved having a different menu to choose from every day.
−We loved everything about the hotel but the neighborhood itself is a bit dead, without many restaurant options around.

“Highly recommend Dechiu - one of my favourite places in Vietnam with a beautiful ambience”
+I can highly recommend Dechiu. A quiet, lovely oasis located right near the beach and with easy access to the old quarter. All the furnishings are beautifully chosen and the aesthetics create a beautiful relaxing environment. The staff were attentive and very helpful. The food and coffee was excellent

+It is a nice, small and quiet hotel, right near the beach (but not on the beachfront). The design is amazing, the staff is extremely attentive and nice and overall it is a good place to stay for a couple of days in Hoi An. Breakfast is custom made every day, based on the changing menu.
−It is quite near the other properties, and from some of the windows you could see walls of other hotels.

“A Mellow Stay at Dechiu”

“Prachtige plek met heerlijk ontbijt.”
+Prachtig ingericht, heel relaxte en rustige sfeer. Ontbijt is iedere dag anders en supervers klaargemaakt (vers watermeloensap, veel fruit, zelfgebakken zuurdesembrood) Gratis fietsen zijn erg handig. Heel vriendelijk personeel.
−Niks, het is een supermooi hotel
