“Excellent location”
+I appreciated the little details, such as the communication with us prior to check in. Everything was explained to us in detail such as getting there. They made my wife's birthday extra special with a bunch of flowers and a glass of wine at dinner. I would recommend staying at De Mong.
−The pathway to the homestay can be rather challenging when you need to carry a lot of luggage. However, when checking out, the staff were kind enough to transport the luggage on a bike to the main road.

“Perfect stay for our trip”
+The best decision ever we made for this trip is to stay here. The staff are lovely and friendly, very well communicated throughout our whole stay. Not to mention the adorable dogs and cats, every moment here feels so peaceful. Not close to town, but Grab is easy to get. The only thing to note is that you’ll need to walk up and down a small path to the main road most of the time, as the path is quite narrow and not in the best condition, but wasn’t an issue for us at all, we enjoyed the walks! Free breakfast is provided. They also offer lunch and dinner, which we didn’t get a chance to try this time, but everything looked absolutely delicious.
−Absolutely nothing would happily stay here again if I ever come back.

“Relaxing time away from the chaos of life”
+The staff made this experience all the more better! They were so friendly and warm and it felt like we joined a family during our stay. The location and views were stunning and it just felt really relaxing.
−Not anything necessarily bad, probably oversight on our part as well; but some of the rooms don’t come with aircon so I’d just triple check which rooms these are before you book.

“Wonderful place to stay”
+The beautiful view. Really great place to see and explore the area. Guided trek Batik painting The best massage in Vietnam. Comfortable bed and good shower.
−Only a small critism was the food was only luke warm and not the best quality

“cozy getaway stay”
+the location had a really great view, and the staff was really really nice and accommodating throughout the stay! had some queries about a burning smell at night and they were willing to come down to check it out, but it was just the nearby farmers burning crops. they have really cute dogs and cats roaming in the lobby that are just chilling on their own, which adds to the vibe totally :)
−for some reason we thought there was an aircon which there isn't, so it tends to be warmer around the afternoon (the staff did give us a heads up about this on the first day of check in!) there was also an instance where i was just having my breakfast and was asked to move because of some tourists wanting to take their picture, and i felt that maybe the owners could step in to ensure that their paying guests are not affected by other tourists, hard to order grabfood due to the stay being far from town, i had 5 grab drivers cancelled on me when i didn't want to tip them a big sum!

“We came for one night and stayed two- the warmth, hospitality, and overall experience made it impossible to leave!”
+The staff were incredibly friendly and set up a WhatsApp group with us, so any request was just a message away. Whether ordering food or asking for anything, they were always quick to respond. The food was delicious, hospitality was on another level, and they accommodated us right up until the last minute. We also had a full body oil massage with lava stones, perfect for the chilly weather and very relaxing, the masseurs were surprisingly experienced! Beautiful views, great for trekking and renting a moto to explore further was no problem at all.
−As a traditional wooden house, it is not soundproof, so noise can travel between rooms. We were informed about this upfront which we appreciated, and honestly it never bothered us during our stay.

“Slice of heaven”
+The prettiest place I've ever been at. Won't deny Pam and Happy were a huge reason why we booked this place :) They had a whole crew of people helping us throughout our stay. The property is off the main road and it is quite the uphill/downhill. Usually there are people at the intersection to help guests reach. Yen and Thuong were super responsive for everything. The property is a wooden house with beautiful charm. The bathrooms are separate for 2 out of 3 rooms. Frankly not an issue for us, but just added good-to-know information. The rooms may get hot during the day and there is no air conditioning, but the staff is more than happy to provide extra fans and it cools down comfortably by night. But honestly no beat to the location. city center is 20 mins by cab and Grab comes pretty quickly.

“Enjoyed it so much, can’t wait to go back and stay longer”
+I like everything in the property. If you like mountains and nature in general, this is such a perfect accommodation to choose. Wish I stayed here for more than 1 night though. Aside from how great the room, and surrounding is, their foods also taste amazing. Staff was also accommodating
