“Very pleased with our choice, great location, close to old town, with very good amenities.”
+Amenities were plentiful, fresh fruit, yogurt, muesli, orange juice, bottled water, coffee pods, tea bags, 2 bottles of wine were all supplied by the venue as part of the cost of the stay. Restaurant recommendations and information about Utrecht are also excellent.
−Only drawback is the fact that guests have to navigate 10-12 feet of stairs to get down to the room from street level. Can be dicey with luggage, although owner was there it assist when we arrived.

+Luxurious and high quality accommodation. Ideally situated near restaurants and amenities. Comfortable with pleasant view of the "Oude Gracht", Utrecht. The personal attention from staff are appreciated.

“Little haven on the canal.”
+The location on the water's edge is wonderful. Everything we needed to make our stay comfortable was attended to. All the extra treats - breakfast items, etc. was a welcome bonus and made our stay special.

+Lovely apartment right on the canal path. Beautifully appointed and very comfortable. Owner very attentive and small snacks in the fridge very much appreciated.

“A lovely little spot”
+I loved everything! The hosts were so helpful and sweet. They were really easy to get in touch with as well. The location was perfect, and the room itself was amazing! They really add a lot of little touches to make the place feel extra special and luxurious.
−I liked everything! They only thing I can think of is that people who are light sleepers might want to have their earplugs with them if they stay on a weekend when the college students are drifting by on their boats. The door really keeps most of the noise out though. Also, there was lot of sliding door noises coming from above. I wasn't sure what that was from, but it didn't bother me too much (again, just a note to light sleepers).

“Fantastic little apartment right on the canal. We can’t wait to come back!”
+Truly unique and amazing location. Perfect way to enjoy the culture and history of this charming city. It’s a compact studio but had everything we needed. So easy to get to all the places we wanted to see.
−Our only complaint is that all the soaps had a very strong perfume scent. So if you are sensitive to scents, definitely bring your own hand soap!
