“IN FUTURE IF WE VISIT ANDMAN AGAIN THEN WILL BOOK THIS PROPERTY AGAIN.”
+LOCATION AND AMBIENCE OF THE PROPERTY IS SUPERB. VERY QUIET AND CALM. THOSE WHO WANT TO ENJOY CALMNESS CAN GO FOR THIS PROPERTY. BUFFET BREAKFAST HAS GOOD OPTINS TO EAT. WE ALSO HAD OUR DINNER AT THE PROPERTY. FOOD WAS GOOD AND STAFF WAS VERY HELPFUL.
−EVERYTHING WAS VERY NICE AND COMFORTABLE SO NOTHING AS SUCH WHICH WE DON'T LIKE.

“Pleasant and comfortable stay”
+Loved the big rooms and the vast deck along with it. They even provided a comfortable extra bed for our kid at no charge. Service was very good, special mention to Mr. Sharma from Shimla :) Food is good too… overall, the staff is very helpful, accommodating and pleasant. Loved sitting at the deck and listening to various bird calls …
−Rooms didn’t have a ceiling fan and even the lights were not sufficient at all. They MUST add extra lights around the mirror and also provide a fan if possible

“I won't recommend. Not value for money”
+I like the pool and interior of the room.
−I would recommend choosing some other places, the service we receive not as good like medium range homestay. May be if you prefer to have exceptional service you should be foreigner.

“Don’t stay here. We flew from the states and left early. We were treated horribly and they should not be in business.”
+We felt the property had decent amenities . Room service and food.
−The management was atrocious. We had issues with getting any assistance from them. They could not be bothered. There was a student strike going on which did not allow for any transportation. We were stranded at the hotel. They refused to help us. When my daughter asked for some form of compensation since they DID know about the strike in advance, the manager agreed to give us a free dinner. She said why did you not let your customers know in advance he gave us a shrug. Not his problem. When she wrote a review on Google about our predicament he had the audacity to take back his offer of a free meal. We were astounded that he was rude, insensitive and I could go on. They also made us wire 50 % up front one week prior. No hotel does that! Do not stay here. It is the worst hotel on the island.
