“Nice, clean place to a day or two.”
+The room was very clean. The staff were very friendly. It is only a five minute walk to the Cocoa Beach Pier. Lots of places to eat nearby. It's the perfect place to stay at before a cruise. They also have a shuttle to Port Canaveral. (It's not 5 star. It's clean, nice and convenient.)
−The hot breakfast could have included more options. It was ok but just ok. Maybe include bacon. One day there was only toasted waffles. :(

+The location was great! Staff was great! Breakfast was decent.
−The bathroom wall had a hole in it. It looked like it had been patched, but had broken loose.

“It was okay but I was expecting more of a "suite" type experience.”
+The Location was close to the Port where we were boarding a ship. The room temperature was good.
−I thought the room would be larger per the advertisement of a suite. The business itself looked more like a luxury suite vs a regular motel room.

“Enjoyable”
+Breakfast, location and friendly staff. Special thanks to Norma in the breakfast area, wonderful, friendly and hard working.
−Swimming pool closed for repair. Not clearly reported online at time of booking. Would have not booked if I had been aware there was no pool available and other than the ocean no other swimming facility available at another nearby location.

“Plus jamais cet hôtel, les photos ne sont PAS DU TOUT VRAIES, c’est un scandal”
+La proximité avec le port d’où partait notre croisière
−Absolument tout. La photo affichée n’est PAS DU TOUT ce que nous avons eu, nous sommes tombés de très haut en arrivant dans la chambre, beaucoup trop cher du coup vraiment scandaleux, la propreté laissait totalement à désiré
