+Room was very clean and everything available worked. Staff was very nice (but with caveat, see doubly charged room rate)
−We first only booked for one night which we then simply to extend in coordination with the hotel to two days due to changes in our travel plans. In the process we unfortunately were charged two more nights but lost the first payment, because it was viewed as an un-refunded cancellation. After the host told me he does not know about it and he has to ask his wife to find out (we never heard from her or saw her), at least Booking.com's support confirmed that and sent a fee waver request (with me in the loop) to the hotel which they never answered. When I asked the hotel multiple times for support via booking.com's mail system, I've been told various curious reasons why I couldn't get help from the host (husband?). E.g., he has to ask his wife because she does all the booking.com stuff or that booking.com does so much stuff in the background and on top of what they actually offer themselves, they have no idea what could be the case. On top, I got furloughed multiple times by the husband, saying, "I'll try to find out and get back to you" which - guess what - he never did. So either booking.com or the host got the money and neither really helped me or showed real interest in sorting it

“Great value location that we were pleased our wedding guests stayed at”
+We booked the accommodation for guests at our wedding. They all really loved the amound of space in the rooms and thought that the facilities were enough. We wished we had stayed here instead of our accommodation, closer to the venue. When there was an issue about one of our guests staying way beyond checkout, the owner was very understanding and tried hard to help the person who was meant to stay in their room. Christine was very responsive and we appreciated all her help. The off-street parking is very useful, as the parking warden was very active around our venue.
−During this unprecedented heat wave, it would be excellent if the rooms came with fans, as it can get very warm here. Though there is a big fridge, there is no freezer.

+Top-Zimmer und tolle Gastgeber. Der Kontakt mit denen im Vorfeld und vor Ort war immer gut und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Küche ist eine sehr tolle Ergänzung! Sehr gerne wieder!

+Sehr schöne Unterkunft. Zimmer geräumig und top sauber! Es war noch eine Gemeinschaftsküche mit kostenlosen Kaffeepads vorhanden.
−Nur als Tipp: Ein Spiegel im Zimmer und ein Fön im Bad wären super und wir hätten aus der 9 eine 10 gemacht

+Das freundliche Personal. Dir Küche für die Selbstversorgung war gut ausgestattet.
−Ein kleiner Herd mit Ofen wäre schön gewesen. Parkplätze sind leider zu wenige. Man muss schon sehen, wo man parken kann, wenn am Eppenheimer die Vier Plätze belegt sind. Die Parkbuchten sind für die heutigen breiteren Autos ziemlich knapp.
