+The pool was nice, but unfortunately, everything else was very dirty. The bathroom was full of ants, and several items were rusty. Even the cups provided in the room for the coffee machine were dirty. There was no proper gym or spa included in the hotel facilities. The spa had to be paid for separately. Although the additional cost was not very high, it was disappointing to discover that these facilities were not included as expected. Overall, the cleanliness and facilities were very disappointing, and I would not recommend this hotel.
−Everything was dirty, and breakfast was by far the worst part. There was not enough staff to manage the breakfast service, and if you didn’t arrive by 8:30 a.m., there was hardly anything left to eat. I would definitely recommend having breakfast somewhere else.

−The WiFi didn’t work very well on one of the three nights but once we spoke to the staff this improved the next day.

+Établissement très agréable, au calme, joli jardin. Un très bon petit déjeuner est servi le matin. Le personnel est serviable.
−L'établissement est à 3km de la médina donc transports nécessaires pour s'y rendre. La chambre aurait mérité un petit rafraîchissement.

“Superbe Riad et personnel très sympathique”
+Personnel vraiment au petit soin, merci à Marouane pour sa gentillesse et son sens du service. Les propriétaires sont aussi très accueillant et chaleureux. On s’y sent comme à la maison. Ce n’est pas notre première venue et ce ne sera pas la dernière !

“Cadre calme en dehors du centre”
+Le cadre calme et le beau jardin autour de la piscine, La gentillesse du personnel et l'ambiance conviviale. Le petit déjeuner bien complet.
−Rien. Tout était super. Peut-être rafraîchir le mobilier de la terrasse car les deux chaises étaient un peu bancales mais sinon tout au top ;)
