“Accommodation and location fine - but I didn't experience good customer service or a breakfast”
+I didn't get a breakfast. I was told after arriving (not before) that they weren't open the following day, so I could have dinner up to the value of breakfast instead, and then the following morning, I turned up to breakfast at 7:30 as that's when the internet said they opened (as noone had told me otherwise) before I had to leave for a bus at 8am for them to shortly tell me, they weren't open yet, and I asked if maybe I could just have a coffee and they shrugged and said the barmen wasn't there yet, but they were setting up for breakfast and could have done so.
−I had chosen their because many reviews mentioned the warm welcome. I travel alone and this is something I really value. I arrived hot and sweaty and the restaurant staff treated me as an inconvenience interrupting them serving restaurant customers and after registering to a sullen man, they had me standing not knowing what to do with myself and my case in the restaurant until I requested someone show me my room. Dinner (instead of breakfast) was limited. Many items were 'unavailable' as they were going to be closed the next day.

“Just across Souk El Had”
+Located across Souk El Had. Baba who greeted us with keys was so lovely and showed us 2 rooms to choose from.
−There was no air conditioning in the place, just a standard fan. No lifts available to get to the room on top floor. The toilet and shower room was located across the room but exclusively for your use only which is really nice. at least we did not have to share it with other guests. Each floor had 3 rooms.

“En deçà des attentes!”
+La proximité avec Souk El Had et le petit déjeuner.
−La télé et le Wifi ne marchaient pas. Lorsque j'ai demandé de l'aide pour fixer la situation je n'ai pas eu un véritable soutien que de faux promesses.

“Recomendado”
+Situado al lado de la puerta 12 del Zoco, bien situado cerca de casas de cambio, tiendas de telefonía, comercios......El desayuno estaba incluido y era taaaan abundante que parecía un brunch, de hecho era la hora de comer y varios dias nos la saltamos por que no teníamos ni hambre..... El apartamento en general estaba bien sin ser espectacular. Cumplía su función. Lo único que echamos de menos fue gel de ducha. El personal del restaurante espectacular, amable, atento, incluso el último día uno de los camareros entró antes de tiempo para hacernos el desayuno a las 7am.

+Апартаменты чистые и большие, мне очень понравилось. В них две спальни, гостиная, совмещённая с кухней, туалет и балкон. С балкона открывается хороший вид. Внизу сразу есть кафе ,где можно покушать.
