“Magic behind the blue door”
+First, the concierge, Bader, is amazing. Polite and calm, but also very sunny in multiple languages and generally knowledgeable. The room was just as pictured--simple but elegant, bathroom is "rustic" but well-appointed. Breakfast at the Riad was delicious and filling. The location could not be MORE central--300 meters from Le Jardin Secret! and 5 minutes to the main square. In the heart of the markets and all the bustle of Marrakech.
−Actually arriving to building was somewhat daunting. If I had been traveling alone, I would not have felt comfortable returning after sundown, even though everything was very safe.

“A great place to stay in the heart of the Medina! Beautiful, calm and clean :)”
+I enjoyed my stay at Dar Daoud - the room itsself was very clean, light, very tastefully decorated (with original artworks by the riad owner I beleive). The communal spaces were nice and bright and comfortable as well. I liked the decor of the riad - it felt like a lovely homely and relaxing place to return to. Breakfast was very tasty too, and the staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Great location amongst the souks - nice and convenient for exploring, and not too far from the main square (around 5-10 minuutes walk). I would stay here again :)
−I did enjoy relaxing on the rooftop, but I think this space would benefit from a little more care and attention to bring it up to meet the standard of the rest of the riad. On the first day I found it a little hard to find - but I messaged the manager and he responded immediately and came to greet me (it's the small blue door, I just missed the sign!). But overall a great place to stay in Marakech!!

+Riad 91. Was extremely new.the Riad 52 is very old. We stayed in the new one and it was very clean. Comfortable. Quiet.good location .near to main square. We stayed one week .

+Ich war selten so begeistert von einer Unterkunft. Das sehr geschmackvoll gestaltete Riad hat eine perfekte Lage. Das Frühstück ist köstlich. Das Personal und die Inhaber sind ausgesprochen zuvorkommend, herzlich und hilfsbereit. Herzlichen Dank!

+EN premier lieu l excellent accueil de Bader, toujours et à l écoute pendant tout notre séjour. Il nous a organisé toutes nos visites, nous a réservé un excellent taxi...encore un grand MERCI Bader...Sans oublier Moustapha et les 2 dames dont je ne me souviens plus le nom... Excellent Riad, je le recommande a 100% proche de tout pour visiter Marackech.

+Die Lage ist fantastisch, mitten in der Medina. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und landestypisch. Das Zimmer im Dar Daoud ist etwas spartanisch, die Zimmer im Riad sind nahezu perfekt.
−Riads an sich sind sehr hellhörig, da alle Fenster zum Innenhof ausgerichtet sind.

Camera pulita e confortevole, ottima colazione e staff gentilissimo e sempre disponibile. Ci siamo sentite davvero a casa! Un’esperienza speciale che consigliamo assolutamente.
