−Reaching the property was extremely difficult, especially for our family members who are over 60 years old. The accessibility to the hotel is very poor, and the journey to and from the property was physically demanding and exhausting for elderly travelers. This was not adequately communicated to us before our arrival, and it significantly affected our overall experience. Immediately after checking in, we informed the property that we would need to cancel our second night's stay due to the serious accessibility challenges. The property representative verbally assured us that a free cancellation would be accepted and instructed us to submit the cancellation request through Booking.com. Following their instructions, I promptly submitted the cancellation request through the booking platform. However, despite their prior verbal confirmation, the property never approved the request and failed to honor what had been agreed upon. We did not cancel the second night for convenience or a change of plans. We were forced to do so because accessing the hotel was extremely difficult, particularly for elderly guests. “Lovely place to stay in Chefchaouen”
+Bleumain was lovely. It was beautifully decorated and in a great location in the Medina. Staff were kind and very accommodating. Breakfast was an incredible spread on the rooftop (if not raining) was lovely.
−Was fine for us, but for those booking there are several stairs to navigate to get to rooms and the rooftop. But if that isn’t an issue would definitely recommend.

−Номера с раздельными кроватями очень тесные, зачем-то еще в номере диван, которые занимает оставшееся пространство, что сложно полноценно разместить чемоданы

+Très propre, équipements en parfaites condition et très bon petit déjeuner. La vue de la terrasse de toit fait toute la différence et la petit salon au deuxième étage est merveilleux.
−L’établissement est plutôt bruyant dans la journée. Il n’est pas possible de s’y reposer dans le calme.

“Parenthèse magnifique à chefchaouen”
+Tout était parfait😀la chambre est grande et très agréable,l emplacement au top dans la médina, très calme. L accueil est très chaleureux,tous ont été vraiment gentils et nous ont donnés les bons conseils pour les restos,les moyens de transport pour nos visites.Nous avons adoré chefchaouen et les randos à Ackchour,c est splendide.Merci pour ce court séjour .

+El desayuno fue lo que mas me gusto, las vistas y las decoraciones con las que cuentan. Es un espacio agradable y se disfruta.
−Yo hice la reserva con mi tarjeta de crédito y no sabia que era solo para reservar y que luego me cobrarian en efectivo, eso no me parece bien ya que tuve que sacar efectivo a último momento y no me dieron ningún recibo ni comprobante de que pague por la estadía. Las escaleras no puedo negar que son un problema para la gente mayor o con dificultad para andar, pero bueno, eso no tiene mucha solución, pero es bueno saberlo de antemano.

+Ara sokaklarda güzel bir Riad. Hoş dekorasyonlu, temiz bir konaklama geçirdik. Güler yüzlü insanlardı. Standart Fas kahvaltısı vardı. Mavi sokakları gezmek için güzel ve yeterli bir tesis.
−Ne odalarda ne de resepsiyonda ücreti karşılığı alabileceğimiz şişe su yoktu. Otopark için yaptıkları yönlendirme yetersizdi. Genel olarak tesisin ingilizce konuşmak ile ilgili bir eksikliği vardı.
