+Fantastic location just off plaza barbarini. Short walk to Trevi fountain. Great restaurant on barbarini (Signiravino). Daphne doesn’t look much from outside but is lovely inside

“Massive disappointment”
+The location
−The apartment was nothing compared to the pictures and facilities description. The room was way too small for two people. Description mentioned fridge in the room, coffee machine and those were not available. The worst part was the mold. The bathroom was in an unacceptable state - mold everywhere, including the shower, half of the doorframe missing, paint on the walls peeling off and the smell of mold was coming to the room. For the money paid I think it was unacceptable and should be renovated before letting people in. On top of everything Daphne Suits rejected our complaint and didn't agree to compensate for our stay even though we provided clear photo evidence of the conditions mentioned above.

+Location
−Having to have 3 different keys to just get to my assigned room. I’m also a very light sleeper and was woken up constantly by other guests coming in and out all hours of the night. One night at 4am there was someone screaming then heard multiple voices outside of my room. One of these people attempted to enter my room which thankfully I kept locked. After this experience I was ready to check out.

+Läget var jättebra. Låg nära tågstationen och precis bredvid hop on hop off bussen.

+Posizione
