“Excellent central location and a wonderful host, but disappointing cleanliness, poor ventilation, and not good value for”
+The location is excellent, right in the heart of Florence. Everything is within walking distance, so there’s absolutely no need for public transportation when exploring the city. The host was also genuinely lovely, welcoming, and attentive, always available and willing to help with anything I needed.
−Unfortunately, I don’t feel the accommodation offered good value for the money I paid. The biggest issues were cleanliness and ventilation. The bathroom is shared, and although it is cleaned daily, its condition depends heavily on the other guests. During my stay, it was frequently left in a very unpleasant and unhygienic state. The room itself has only one small window, which is practically impossible to open because of the restaurant immediately next door. During the day, unpleasant cooking smells enter the room, while in the evening, the area outside is used to store the restaurant’s rubbish, creating an even worse smell. As a result, getting fresh air into the room is extremely difficult. Overall, the lack of proper ventilation, the unpleasant smells, and the cleanliness issues significantly affected my comfort. Considering the price, I expected better conditions.

−Холодно, звукоизоляция нулевая, вентилятор от гостиницы в этом же закрытом переулке шумела всё ночь, паганые грузчики поздно вечером что-то разгружали под окном и сильно гремели. Подушки крайне неудобные, очень низкие.

“Buono per una notte senza pretese, personale molto gentile”
+Ho apprezzato molto la posizione centralissima, a meno di 5 minuti dal Duomo e dagli Uffizi, e il fatto che la camera fosse anche abbastanza silenziosa, affacciando su un cortile interno. Anche se non era molto grande, la camera aveva tutto il necessario per passare una notte senza troppe pretese, compresi un tavolino e una sedia, e anche il kit per il bagno era adeguato. Il personale si è dimostrato molto gentile e disponibile, anche con risposte tempestive ai miei messaggi. Nel complesso un buon rapporto qualità-prezzo.
−Peccato solo che in camera non ci fosse neanche uno specchio, e che in bagno i piani di appoggio e gli appendini fossero molto ridotti.

−Nos pusimos en contacto con el alojamiento ya que por causas totalmente ajenas a nosotros, nos cancelaron el vuelo. Intentamos ponernos en contacto con el alojamiento para enviarle todos los justificantes que teníamos de la compañía y no quisieron devolvernos o por lo menos compensarnos por haber perdido una noche de estancia, de echo, hasta nos cobraron la tasa turística de los dos días, cuando 1 ni estuvimos en la ciudad. Te hablan a las 7 de la mañana para decirte que tienes que abandonar el alojamiento. Una pena que no cuiden a sus clientes, porque está en buena posición, pero no vamos a volver

+Godt sted, flink vært som var nem at komme i kontakt med.
−Jeg var ikke fan af at toiletpapiret blev fordelt på de private værelser, så man skulle huske at tage papir med sig, det kan nemt glemmes. Men det er en mindre detalje. Og der kunne godt være sæbe på toilettet så man ikke skal tage det med fra værelset.

+Расположение супер!!! В паре минут от главного собора. Все наши просьбы были услышаны и выполнены.
−Если номер расчитан на двух человек, хотелось бы иметь два стула. В номере нет зеркала, простые вещи, которые должны быть. Пол был очень грязным, мы не смогли ходить босиком. Не работала розетка с одной из сторон кровати.
