“For a short stay ok, great location”
+A narrow and high room with a bathroom and a bed on the mezzanine. No windows, a bit claustrophobic. Ok air con, excellent location in the historical centre of Naples, from where you can walk to metro stations, universities and tourist attractions.
−hand shower was leaking, wetting the floor and the water had to be collected. Falling shower and soap dish. Lack of shower body soap and shampoo. The shower hose outlet plates are loose and hanging. Ditto for flaps closing the central water taps. Very narrow ladder to climb onto the mezzanine, not suitable for elderly people, people with difficulties of movement or overweight people

+It was in the old historic part of Naples . It was convenient for museums and churches, lots of restaurants and shops . The apartment was clean . There was a fridge . The bed was very comfortable. The owner was in touch immediately if we needed him . Very polite and helpful.
−The noise from the streets was almost constant. Scooters and small cars used the street as a short cut . There is no sound proofing The shower worked well , but kept overflowing as it didn’t drain away very quickly.

“Perfect stay in historic Naples”
+This tiny yet fully functional clean place is close to everything Naples has to offer. The bed is comfy, the excellent espresso machine, the very good shower pressure, the nice bathroom, everything white and clean… for us, it was the perfect match. Not for (too) hefty/tall/claustrophobic people. There is also a small fridge+freezer. As a historic building, insulation is not perfect, so noise may be a problem, but for us it was fine, with buzzing Vespas and traffic going on. The a.c. was effective (we used it on heat, as it got cold during the night). The communication with the owner was stellar!

+L'alloggio è perfetto come punto d'appoggio per girare Napoli e dintorni, in 2 minuti a piedi si è nel cuore del centro storico, mentre in 10 minuti si è alla metro di Piazza Cavour. Host disponibile e con un tempo di risposta praticamente immediato. La stanza è ben illuminata artificialmente, compensando la scarsità di luce naturale

+Appartamento piccolo ma comodissimo e con tutto il necessario per passare una bellissima vacanza, vicinissimo a tutto il centro storico a poca distanza dalla metro Dante che ti porta dove preferisci 😍

+Excelente ubicación. Es pequeño pero tiene TODO lo q necesitas para pasar unos dias. Aire acondicionado, baño completo, cafetera (con café para usar!!), tetera electrica, 2 teles, toallas, sábanas, muy completo realmente, un placer!!!
−Si sos sensible a los ruidos, puede q sea un poco molesto. Pero nada que unos tapones para dormir no puedan solucionar.
