“The location of this hotel was good but I can not go back because of the statue of some staff.”
+Location enabled me to walk to old city. The breakfast was okay.
−My room was freezing one night. I had to wait more than five hours until I was helped with extra blankets and heater. I made repeated requests for help. The audacity of the night manager was incredible. He said he was not cold but I touched him with my very cold hands to show him I was cold. I finally got blankets and a heater. Some of the front desk staff were also not nice.

“Not very nice at all.”
+1- breakfast closes at 10:30 am on Saturday. My husband and my son were in the synagogue until 11 am. I had to scramble to gather what I could to eat in the lobby. No coffee of course, we didn’t have access to the machine. 2- that’s saying they Saturday morning we wanted water, but there was none in the bar. I asked a gentleman and he said that he would get; he did not. I asked the front desk and she’s also said that she would get. She did not. I went for the third time to the lobby and I saw that they were giving away water bottles to a group going I don’t Know Where. I found this extremely rude. My kids had to leave to their lunch date thirsty and tired, including the baby and my very pregnant daughter-in-law, because no one could give us water. And the lady at the lobby wanted to then charge me 10 shekels for the bottles of water when I explained to her that we had waited for ONE HOUR for someone to fill the water container in the bar. She declined on multiple occasions to give me water, to then direct me to the breakfast room and be “allowed there” to grab a tiny cup of water. As if that was the correct thing to do! Other people were also waiting on the water situation!!! Prepo
