+I would not recommend this place to anyone.
−I’ve sent a request for booking to look into. When we first arrived we spent around 20 mins outside because the app wouldn’t connect to the main door and we weren’t able to open it. We had to wait until someone went in. It took him 2 and a half hours to ask us if we got inside the apartment after we told him we were having trouble getting in. Later on we were told that the host had changed the WiFi modem. The second issue we had with this place is how uncomfortable the beds were. We felt like we were sleeping on rocks and woke up sore. The final issue is the toilet got clogged using the toilet paper that was provided to us. I messaged him at night on 8/14 letting him know that the toilet was clogged, water was backing up into the toilet, bidet and shower. In the morning before leaving we told the lady in the breakfast room what was going on and let her know that the room was smelling like a sewer because of the water that had now gotten all over the bathroom floor. By the afternoon there was still no response from the host so I messaged him again to see if he had gotten my message. Still no response. We ended up leaving the apartment a day early and checked into a hotel because the

+I really liked the hotel. The location is excellent. The rooms are clean, tidy, and well-maintained. Every morning, they come and clean the room, and everything is kept very neat and spotless. The lady who came in the morning to prepare breakfast was very warm, kind, and pleasant. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.
−The hotel has a very inattentive and unresponsive owner. In the evening, the internet stopped working due to some technical issue, and I was unable to complete the self check-in. Please note that your smartphone needs to be connected to the internet in order to complete the self check-in process. I stood outside the entrance to the building for more than an hour because I couldn’t open the door. Luckily, a neighbor happened to come and let me in. I tried calling and messaging the owner on WhatsApp several times, but I received no response at all. The next morning, I found a message from the owner on Booking.com with instructions on what I was supposed to do. Unfortunately, receiving this information only the next morning was very disappointing and, in my opinion, unacceptable. As for the room, the pillows were very uncomfortable and of poor quality. Another thing I didn’t like was the refrigerator. It automatically turned off whenever you left the room, which was inconvenient, especially if you wanted to keep something cold while you were away. Overall, the hotel itself was fine, but the lack of communication and support from the owner was a major issue.

+Bagno pulito, un po' di polvere sulla lampada. Appena arrivati nessuno ad accoglierci, apparte la mattina per la colazione ma c'era solo il cornetto e caffe' o cappuccino.
−Cuscini bassi, eravamo in 3 nella stanza con un solo cuscino in piu', e 2 bicchieri.
