“Hidden beach paradise in the hustle bustle of Canggu”
+The hotel is so close to the beach and in the middle of all the action. The best part is that it is tucked away down a side alley out view of the Main Street making it a peaceful and quiet little oasis just arms reach from the beach, shops, bars, and action. The staff is wonderful and the pool and pool bar make it a little refuge between surf sessions and bar adventures. The staff is amazing too. This is a wonderful little hidden gem.
−The pool deck could use a little work but it’s nothing major. The pool itself is clean and clear and just pleasant!

“King Superior Room is AMAZING. Pool area lovely to sit by. Super close to beach, shops and restaurants. No club music Tu”
+Beautiful Property - little old but we loved it.
−Sadly the nightclubs are loud - so if you’re happy to join them this is the most perfect spot.

“Disappointing, this is more like an Airbnb without cooking facilities, not a hotel.”
+It’s close to the beach, the rooms are large and the beds are comfortable. The guy who runs the “restaurant” is lovely and very helpful but this is not a hotel. We had the pool to ourselves.
−There’s no reception desk, nobody really in charge. Restaurant guy is hands off with the accommodation. We didn’t see another soul staying there, the gardens are overgrown and the cleaners didn’t clean the used cups or glasses in the room or replace water bottles. We called the owner to complain. He sent people in to clean but the next day the same thing happened. The owner hung up on my friend the second time he called. We stayed 4 nights as we’d pre-booked but Canggu has changed so much in the past decade that we would have preferred to have moved on straight away.

“Relaxed and comfy”
+The location was great. The breakfast at the Fortunata cafe was lovely. The pool area was so nice to hang out at! The bed was comfy and the bathroom was cool! The air con was strong and a great ceiling fan
−We liked everything but maybe everyday provide water for the guests.

“Great location but would not recommend as it’s tired and dirty.”
+The location was good
−The attention to detail was not there. Both inside and outside the property it was dirty, unclean and in need of repair and maintenance.
