+Nice and friendly children of the family. Beautiful terrace, renovated bathroom (access from the terrace), hot shower. The dinner was delicious and we got little pancakes for free from the hosts for breakfast.
−The children of the family were very kind to us. The adults however, ignored us fully, without even saying hello being in the same room. The room was stiffy, super dusty, the window was closed as we entered. Even after some hours the smell was still there. We had to cough a lot the night. Bedsheets were not fresh, the towels very old. The room was very cold, but there is an option of an electrical heater. The door is super old, we closed it at night with the key but then we could not open it at night to go to the bathroom. We tried to call the hosts to free us from the room but they hung up on us. So we had to escape from the window onto the terrace and from the outside we could open the door. The host did not mention the possible problem with the key. Without the key, the door does not close fully. The dinner was 60 lari per person, which is super expensive. We were 2 people and received a huge amount of food (for 4-5 people) and of course we could not eat it all. We would have prefered half the amount for half the price. It seems as if the family keeps the rest for themselves. Our worst stay in Georgia. If you have any kind of dust allergy keep away from this stay.

+Location is very good, right on the hike trail (few km after Iprali, but it saves you effort day after), food is amazing and hospitality of the family is really exceptional.
−Some rooms doesn't have window and fairly small. It is good to have sleepover in the hike path overall.

+Excellent guesthouse. Clean. The owners are very nice and helpful. Meals (dinner and breakfast) are exceptional. Since the hotel is located a few kilometers from the end point of the third day of the trek, they took care of our transportation from the end point of the trek in April to the guesthouse.

“Billig aber schmutzig”

−Es gab kein Klopapier, es waren Haare im Abfluss, das Bett was nicht frisch überzogen. Das Zimmer war auch schmutzig und wie eine Abstellkammer.
