“Dirty place - If are not able to clean, do not rent it!”
+At least the bed was not dirt and they have a piano
−When I entered the room, the floor was totally dirty and full of hairs. I showed to the person, He took vacuumed the room in 2 minutes, of course it remained dirty with hair, dust, bugs, etc. The walls are dirts with mold. Problem 2: noise, it has 2 windows, one toward a house and you can listen every single conversation and noise from this house. The other is towards the narrow alley and you listen from motos to steps and voices from there. The bathroom is out of the room, but is private. Anyway, taking a grab or few more bucks go to another one. Minimally clean a place MUST b.le.

+The landlord was very welcoming and a kind old man. The room was excellent value for money. The landlord helped me with my luggage, and they waited for me even though I arrived too late on my first day. The room was generally very comfortable, and the bed was very comfortable.
−The room wasn't very clean and had cockroaches, but given Vietnam's climate, I guess that's unavoidable. The toilet is in an outdoor corridor. It's been quite uncomfortable these past few days due to the extremely high temperature.

“Comfortable stay”
+Convenient for short stay. Comfortable bed with good flooring. Located close to the botanical park and many shops. Toilet is interestingly located outside the room at one end of the balcony. Washing machine can be used for free. The balcony serves as a good place to dry your laundry. The room also comes equipped with a kettle for hot water. Overall, the place gave a traditional feel with all furniture and floor made of good solid wood.
−For the price you pay, the facilities are not much. There's no fridge and kitchenette. There are other places equipped with all these for better prices. Table and chair are not suited for working on laptop, only for dining.

−không có bãi đậu xe máy, gửi riêng bên sân chung cư gần nơi ở 20k qua đêm (lấy xe trc 7h sáng)

+Không gian ấm cúng, đủ tiện nghi và rộng rãi cho người đến du lịch và nghỉ lại ngắn ngày. Bác chủ rất thân thiện và dễ tính dù tụi mình check in và check out đều trễ (mưa điên huhu). Nếu có dịp tụi mình sẽ ghé lần nữa và dài ngày hơn.
