“The Biggest Disappointment of Our Travel Experiences”
+Let’s start with the only positive aspect of our stay: Aida, the kind and lovely woman who welcomed us. Unfortunately, she only works for the unscrupulous owners and cannot resolve any issues, though she will sympathize with you. Now, let’s talk about the property itself. To say this was the biggest scam of our lives is an understatement. Here’s why: Misleading Photos and Description The photos shown on the listing are either decades old or a mix from various properties owned by this family. Based on these images and the description provided in our booking confirmation, we expected a cozy and comfortable room with essential amenities, including some kitchen facilities. This could not have been further from the truth. Reality vs. Expectation We arrived at what can only be described as a dilapidated shack , a series of poorly maintained rooms with shared kitchen facilities that have seen better decades. “Perfect central location for self-catering.”
+Very comfortable 3-night stay at the studio apartment. Very good facilities including a washing machine. Location is very close to the magnificent landmark Synagogue of Florence. If coming by private car, there is garage parking nearby at 30 euro/day.

+This felt like an air B&B. We had our own private two room suite. The downstairs had a futon bed, kitchen table and small kitchen. The upstairs had a bed and then the bathroom. The stairs to the second floor were a bit steep so we put my mom upstairs so she would only have to do them once a day. It was a bit noisy (outside traffic & talking) but with a sound machine, I didn't notice it all. I left my head pillow and she went above and beyond and came to the train station to give it to me. The property was a great location and perfect for the family. Not a ton of bells and whistles but we didn't expect or need that.
