+He was an amazing host! Gave us great instructions on how to get to the hotel. When we arrived he gave us the tour guide treatment and told us where not to go, places to visit, foods to try and noted it down on a map.

“Fabulous host, great.location and true Napoli local experiemce”
+Our young handsome host, Francesco was very proactive throughout our visit to ensure we had a smooth check in, departure and also seeing how each day's activities were progressing. The rooms are in a classic italian building (not typical in usa culture). I would describe it as a fortress with an initial entrance, followed by a courtyard with 4 separate buildings. The buildings have both commercial and residential tenants. The location is within walking distance to the port (daytrips to ischia, procida, sorrento), universita subway stop outside, 2 stops from main train station and walking distance to central Naples attractions. A typical italian breakfast is strictly coffee and pastry( no eggs or meat). Breakfast is given at a local coffee/restaurant across the street. We had the opportunity to have breakfast with our host a couple of times to start.our day, which was an unexpected nice surprise. The barista on location was also very kind and friendly. Francesco is also very patient when you practice your italian and appreciates learning about american culture as well.

“BELLA NAPOLI”
+Francesco was a super host. In addition to providing numerous excellent tips for our stay in Napoli (excursion destinations and top local restaurants), he also arranged parking right around the corner from the accommodation. The accommodation is located in an urban neighborhood with lots of cafes, restaurant and bars, and it's only a 6-minute walk to the harbor, where you can take a boat to Capri, for example. The rooms were clean and the accommodation is very quiet, despite its location. The furnishings are functional and were completely adequate. Thank you, Francesco, for the great stay and your service.

“It was a wonderful weekend full of amazing experiences”
+The location of the property is excellent , right next to the old town, with everything within easy reach. The property is clean and well-maintained. The owner, Francesco, was very kind and helpful, especially with arranging transfers to our desired destinations. He also gave us valuable advice on which areas of Naples to avoid for safety reasons. During our stay, Francesco was always available to help with anything, which was an especially great advantage. We will definitely come back again. We highly recommend this apartment.

“A fantastic few days exploring such a historic city.”
+The location was fantastic to explore Napoli, convenient for the metro, the ports and to walk around the city. The property was clean (and cleaned to a high standard every day). Francesco was extremely helpful and always available to answer questions.
−The 2nd bed (a sofa pull-out) was very creaky and our child woke up to the noise if she moved significantly in bed.

+Central location. All amenities for a comfortable stay. Francesco, the owner, provides excellent guidance to the city and remains available for any help during the stay. Room proves to be quiet though in city centre. In summary a good experience and recommended.
