+Cozy b&b in a great location on a lively street in Prati close to the Vatican. Augusto was a welcoming host and lovely great to chat with over breakfast.
−Bathroom is external, but this is clearly advertised in the listing.

+August was so welcoming and helpful. He spent time with us when we arrived helping us plan our time in Rome, even drawing things out on a map for us to follow. He recommended good local restaurants which we thoroughly enjoyed. The accommodation was in a really good location, had everything we needed, was immaculately clean and the beds were comfortable with good pillows. Augusto asked us what we wanted for breakfast and there was plenty. Would definitely recommend and will return here next time we visit Rome.

“Fantastic place next to the Vatican”

“Really enjoyed our stay in this homely place”
+The location is just brilliant, only 6 minutes walk from the Vatican City. Therefore, easy to plan to beat the queues. Augusto is pretty easy to approach and a super nice fellow so if you tell him what you wish to have for breakfast, he'll go the extra mile to get you sorted. He speaks good English so easy to communicate with. Our room had aircon which is pretty handy when it gets too hot. The whole property was spotless so felt like home. Augusto was also super helpful and gave us good ideas about places to visit, which he marked on the map he gave us. Bathroom was right opposite our room with everything one needs, he even bought us tooth brushes! The beds are also nice and comfy, and helped us to recover well after our long walks.

“Bestes B&B in Rom!!!”
+Augusto ist der Beste. Er ist ein sehr guter Gastgeber und hat uns viele guten Tipps gegeben. Das Frühstück war lecker und wurde ganz frisch serviert. Die Lage ganz in der Nähe des Vatikans und auch zur Metrostation Ottaviano ist perfekt um die Stadt zu Fuß und auch mit dem öffentlichen Nahverkehr zu erkunden.

+Me sentí como en casa desde el principio, Augusto es un anfitrión excelente, te prepara un desayuno tremendo, calidad y cantidad, yo agradezco mucho este detalle, para mí es la comida más importante, todo super limpio y un detalle a resaltar, las ventanas aislaban totalmente del ruido de la calle, importante para el buen descanso, si vuelvo a Roma, repito sin dudarlo.
