+NOTHING!! MY MINI FRIDGE WAS IN THE TOILET,THAT WAS DISGUSTING
−This was my first time booking accommodation through Booking.com, and on arrival, I was told there would be an additional charge of LKR 3,000 if I paid by card. I booked a Deluxe Room with air conditioning and a balcony, but the room was not clean, and the balcony offered no privacy. There was no hot water in the shower, so I changed rooms and moved downstairs. Unfortunately, the new room was also dirty, the water was still cold, and the door was broken. To make matters worse, there were bed bugs and mosquitoes, making it extremely uncomfortable to stay in the room. I was constantly bitten and could not enjoy a proper, peaceful rest. I stayed for 21 days, and my room was cleaned only twice! Even after requesting housekeeping, you have to keep asking and practically begging for someone to clean your room. This is unacceptable, especially for guests staying for an extended period. The Wi-Fi was also unreliable, making it difficult to contact my family. The owner was nice, but my experience with the woman working in the restaurant was disappointing.

−We had three beds in the room, but there was only one blanket provided. Also, the balcony and the area under the bed were quite dusty and could have been cleaned better.

+The Resort location is very perfect and near to all the facilities. Perfect to stay with small kids. Markets and Brown beach ⛱️⛱️ is at walking distance. Balcony is one of the positive feature to sit, chit chat, eat and enjoy.
