+The lovely manager kindly moved us to a room with air conditioning. I had an issue and It was dealt with in a professional manner. The hotel grounds are beautiful. It was in a central location right by the beach. It was spotlessly clean and amazing value for money considering how expensive this area is. All of the staff were polite and helpful. If you are on a budget this place is perfect.
−It could be quite noisy at night time. Not the hotels fault but the nightclubs nearby.

“Would definitely stay here again”
+If you don’t need fancy, this is an awesome choice. It was very clean and comfortable. Steps from 5th Ave and the beach. Though it was so close to the party scene, the noise wasn’t bad. The pool was nice, clean, and quiet. It also gets great sun during the day. Other reviewers have said that it’s hard to find but the front of the building looks exactly like it does in the photos but it’s between two dive shops if you need better landmarks. The staff was nice and helpful and the desk is open 24 hours, so if you need to check out at 2am, there’s someone to help you.

“It’s a scam. Do not book!”
+Hotel is a scam. There is no hotel by that name at the location or at the geo location which is different. The phone number and messages went unanswered.
−It doesn’t exist!
