+Bed was comfy and employee very nice
−The stairs are hard with luggage, way up. Wasn't very clean. Bedding incomplete, when requested blankets they where old and not clean. The noise from other rooms disrupted sleep all night, could hear even snorting, lol. The ceiling lamp was broken and filthy.

“Great location, clean and modern”
+Excellent location-central to many things. A straight shot down the main street from the train station... could see the Duomo from the window. And even though the room was on the main street it was very quiet with the window closed with the exception of hearing doors close when our "neighbors" came and went. (They were heavy doors). The room was very clean and modern, the bed was comfortable and A/C generally worked, but had some trouble with the remote. A maintenance guy came the next day, cleaned the vent and all was well. They also provided some snacks which was nice. We really enjoyed the rooftop terrace for its great views.
−Can't beat the location, but to be clear, the 3rd floor is actually 6 flights of stairs. Not a deal breaker, but a little tough after walking all day. Still, we would stay here again because of the location and the price was good. Also note that check in was not clear. We stayed on the D' Home Florence (3rd) floor , but were not told we needed to check in on the floor below with the sign "La Cupola Rooms". A little confusing. Could have given better instructions. Also, a couple of luggage racks would be nice as there wasn't anywhere great to open a suitcase.
