+The room was modern and clean and spacious. The hotel has a great theme, well executed. There's a Cafe in the lobby and they give out vouchers to guests. It's a great location. Nearby everything. Bathroom is great. Bed is very big. The robots everywhere are a blast. It was a great stay!!!
−I had to figure out how to work everything in the room via tablet. Would have appreciated a hint, as I didn't know that's what it was for and only turned it fully on in desperation. But once on, it worked great! Also the door at night requires staff members to open, which can be a bit awkward. But they're so helpful that it was fine!

+I liked every single thing and I wish to thank every single member of the staff, especially the front desk staff - Ryan and Roy, because they made sure to help me with every single request, but the same applies to every other member of the team, even though I talked to those two the most because their English level was the best, but everyone else used one of the apps for translation and successful communication. Thank you. Location: Perfect for whichever mode of transportation you prefer: taxi, metro, Didi, or walking around. Lines 2 (Hubei station) and 5 (Dongmen station) are just there, about 50m away from the hotel, whereas Laojie station (line 1) is also within the walking distance of 5-7 minutes in case you don't want to bother with changing metro lines. Lines 1 and 2 are the main ones in Shenzhen, so, this hotel offers the perfect solution. Food and drinks: Breakfast at the hotel was fine enough to cover my morning needs, as well as the coffee shop next to the front desk with free or discounted vouchers for the guests of the hotel. “Excellent stay for short trip in Shenzhen!”
+Had a fantastic stay! Arrived early so they allowed me to leave my bags at the hotel and come back later for check in. Extremely close to Hubei station, which from there was easy to get to Futian and Huaqiangbei via Metro. They also give you complementary vouchers for the cafe at the lobby.
−No major complaints. Felt the breakfast selection was a little limited but still had a good breakfast experience overall.

“Well Connected Stay and just a walks away from Dongmen Pedestrian Street!”
+The location is amazing. We took the metro and the exit is just a 2-mins walk to the entrance of the Hotel. The hotel also provides directions which is super convenient. The check-in was so smooth, and fortunately, our room was ready at 10am in the morning and we are able to check-in super duper early. The staff was amazing, and they are super helpful, answering any question or request you have through WeiXin (WeChat). Also if you are able to use Meituan, this hotel has the robot that brings the food to your room directly! The staffs can also converse in English, which we were so relieved as our Chinese were so elementary. The room is also super modern, with techy stuffs as this is Shenzhen! There's automatic curtains and blinds, and you can control the lightings with the console on the bedside table. We also used the free laundry machine they provide on the hotel top floor, and it was really helpful that you can check the progress of your laundry in your own room through the TV. The hotel is also just a 10-mins powerwalk to the Dongmen Pedestrian Street for all the shopping you need.

“The price representsl the quality”
+The location is ok, close to 2 subways line. Line 1 and line 5
−The old looking buildings, the smell of the plcce,, the Elevator is so dirty and looks like in need of total renovation. In term of interior.. i think because the wether it's so humid during summer months and the fact that the bldg itself looks so old, the smeell cpuldn't be avoiding...

+Freundliches Personal und modernes Zimmer. Vielfältiges Frühstück, vor allem für den asiatischen Geschmack. Kostenlose Waschmaschinen die man selbständig benutzen konnte. Ausländeregistrierung lief gut ab.
