“It works!”
+Service - these folks were great Location - not the greatest part of town, but still safe; giant reclining Buddha a 10-15 minute walk away Room - window, but I had no "real" view, which was OK; decent in space and nice amenities; there is an opaque window, so light does come through in the mornings Extras - breakfast OK (although I got sick one morning from it); free laundry facilities on top floor; stairs are easily accessible; doors are always opening for you!

“Great Staff & Breakfast”
+First time in Yangon. Very helpful staff, good english skills and breakfast was fantastic! Front desk open 24hrs as well. Rooms are dated but very comfortable and clean. I will definitely be back when we go back to Myanmar.

+I accidentally booked a room in the wrong location so i contacted the hotel and asked them for a refund. They asked me to forward them all the booking details which i did. I received a reply stating they had no record of my booking so I sent then screen shots of everything and never heard a thing back from them since then. So I had to ask my credit card company to file a dispute over the transaction. While I can't comment on the hotel it's self, I can certainly tell you that their customer service basically does not exist and imo they are deliberately ignoring me over $70.

+Crystal Palace is a hidden treasure. Service and staff cannot do enough.. exceptional service. The breakfast is value for money and it is walking distance of the sleeping Buddha and the pagoda.
