“Friendly accommodation”
+The rooms, restaurant, and staff.
−The location is a little out of town and a bit further from the water than other property. So use of some mode of transport will generally be required because of the heat.

“Nice hotel with amazing staff!”
+The breakfast was so delicious, prepared by the staff with care! The room was spacious and comfortable. And the common areas are really nice!
−If you are a very light sleeper you can hear the train passing not far from the hotel. But the rest was so nice that it did not really matter.
