“Great place to stay”
+Absolutely amazing place to stay! Very close to main sights. Very comfortable rooms with everyone you could need. Homemade delicious breakfast and very helpful and friendly staff!

“Highly recommended accommodation!”
+We felt so comfortable here, almost like at home. We were able to leave our luggage without any problems before check-in, which was very convenient. This is a family-run guesthouse with newly renovated, spacious and tidy rooms. The cleanliness was exceptional, everything was spotless. The rooms are well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Breakfast was different every morning, freshly prepared and incredibly generous. The location is excellent, just a 2-minute walk from the Imam Al-Bukhari Memorial Complex and less than a 15-minute walk from Registan Square. The host was incredibly kind, polite and friendly, always available to answer our questions and offer helpful recommendations. We truly had a wonderful and pleasant stay. Everything was excellent, and we can wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting Samarkand!

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the location is very close to Registan Square, Amir Temur mausoleum and many good res”
+Room was very clean and had a lovely view of the Amir Temur mausoleum from the 3rd floor balcony which compensated for the stairs. Breakfast was slightly different each day with local items and excellent coffee. The owner speaks very good English and is super helpful with all our needs, appointments, train tickets, etc.
−Not a complaint but, if you want the rooms with a view there is no lift.

“Exceptional hospitality”
+The guest house host Meha made our stay very homey and we felt welcome from the moment we stepped into the space. She allowed to store the luggage till check in time, gave a lot of personal recommendations and provided delicious home made breakfasts for each day of our stay (each day had a different one), we also had fresh fruit/berries and freshly brewed americano. The location of guest house was very convenient - a few minutes away walking distance from Amir Timur Mausoleum, very close to hop on hop off red tourist bus (look for “Samarkand City tour” - literally 2 minutes away from Mausoleum). Registan square is 18-20 minutes away as well. Room was located on the 3rd floor, had a balcony and a few breathtaking views - you could see domes of Mausoleum and a few from Registan square. Everything was very clean. A/c worked great! Hotel is decorated with pictures, there were also a few authentic dresses worn by Meha’s family members for different occasions (display on a check-in floor was clothing worn for an actual wedding). If you go to Samarkand, stay there! Ps. Meha spoke perfect russian language with us, it was very convenient.

Отличные завтраки , каждый день были фрукты и свежая выпечка 🍞 . Персонал вежливый и отзывчивый 👍. Расположение отличное , всё в шаговой доступности . РЕКОМЕНДУЮ 👍 .

+-В пешей доступности от большинства достопримечательностей. Впрочем на такси доехать можно за дешево в любую точку города, в том числе на вокзал и в аэропорт. -Небольшой отель на несколько номеров расположен в большом 3 этажном доме. Мы проживали в номере на 2 этаже с видом на Мавзолей Тимура, с большой широкой и удобной кроватью. Есть чайник, чашки, ложки, чай и кофе в пакетиках. Отель расположен практически в самом центре города, недалеко от парка, куда можно отправиться для прогулки или утренней пробежки. -Отель управляется непосредственно собственниками, плюс есть дополнительные вежливые и информированные сотрудники, которые оказывали всяческое содействие. -По утрам накрывают в небольшом ресторанчике на первом этаже великолепный завтрак в том числе с элементами национальной кухни. Очень вкусно и полезно.
−Есть конечно некие мелкие недоразумения о которых и упоминать не хочется. Однозначно рекомендую!

+Проживание комфортное, отличное, заселение безпроблемное. Персонал доброжелательный. Особое спасибо собственнице гостевого дома! Очень гостиприимная, отзывчивая, всегда решит возникший вопрос для комфортного проживания. Завтраки вкусные, каждый завтрак выставляют домашнюю разнооборазную выпечку.
−Желательно на телевизоре настроить приложения (окко, винк, кинопоиск) с подпиской на ТВ-каналы включая российские.
