“Nice until bed time!”
+Really cosy, spotlessly clean, nicely decorated, good facilities to cook and great coffee machine. Nice log burner altho i did not use it, friendly host who doesnt bother you
−There is an attic hatch in the bedroom and ALL night we were kept awake but something scuttling back and for and scratching the ceiling and squeeling. Dont know if there is a mouse issue in that attic space but it drove us crazy all night and we did not sleep at all! Whatever is in that attic needs sorting! Also a pint of milk on arrival would be nice as no milk is provided deapite the tea/coffee making facilities

“Excellent host lovely little cottage would definitely stay again.”
+The lounge area was lovely nice quiet and cosy.. And a real comfy bed. Good pressure on the shower also. It had a log burner but it wasn’t needed.
−Bathroom sink was a tad to small for myself.

“Good”
+Very comfortable bed, quality bedding, good shower, well-furnished. Generally very well-equipped. Lovely, quiet location. Great place for a couple of nights. Pleasant garden.
−Let down by the lack of a sink in the kitchenette. Lack of signage on the entrance gate and on the barn made it hard to find. Lacking instructions or information in the property.

“Home away from home perfect stay.”
+The fire stove in the living room what a luxury. The stay was a home away from home we had everything we needed. The host was lovely and very attentive. Was perfect for a weekend to relax and do absolutely nothing away from our busy home life. We had plenty of facility’s to cook our brought food on. Absolutely perfect from walking in to leaving. We will definitely be staying again!!!
−The space in the bedroom from the wall to bed there’s like a foot gap each side. This isn’t a complaint as we managed fine and the bed is super comfy and we found it cosy just more of an indicator to anyone booking with any mobility issues as you’d struggle getting in and out of bed. The only thing missing was a fridge. Again not a complaint as we stayed when it was cold at night so left the milk outside which wasn’t an issue for us.
