“Lovely and comfortable stay which we enjoyed.”
+The staff were helpful and friendly. It was exceptionally cleaned. We got vegetarian food. The bus to and fro Disneyland was a bonus and so helpful. It was quiet and peaceful. Breakfast had a great selection for vegetarians.
−Loved the hotel so nothing we didn’t like to be honest.

“Disappointing stay due to missing money from the room, serious concerns about privacy and security, and a very poor resp”
+Recently renovated. Breakfast was good
−Disappointing experience and very poor handling of a serious complaint Despite being a 4-star hotel with good reviews, our experience was extremely disappointing, not only because money went missing from the room, but also because of the way the hotel handled the situation. The night before check-out, my friend discovered that €100 was missing from €200 she had left in an external pocket of her backpack inside the room. The money consisted of one €100 note and two €50 notes. The two €50 notes were still there, but the €100 note had disappeared. The money had been left in the same place, and everything else appeared to have been left undisturbed. She immediately reported the incident to reception that evening, but was told nothing could be done because the manager was not available. She returned the following morning to file a complaint and was told the manager would contact her. No one did. After having to follow up herself a couple of days later, she was essentially made to feel that nothing like this could have happened. Eventually, the hotel emailed her to say that they had investigated the matter. According to their response, the CCTV footage showed that no one other than the h
