+Only the staff
−Unfortunately, our experience at Cross Resort Hotel was very disappointing and far from what we expected from a 4-star property. The photos shown on Booking.com differ significantly from the reality. The hotel is located about 20-25 minutes from downtown Yerevan, and the overall structure feels very old, unfinished, and poorly maintained. I was traveling with my parents, who are in their late 70s, and I specifically chose this hotel for a comfortable two-night transit stay. Unfortunately, it turned out to be completely unsuitable for elderly guests. The location was another significant drawback. The only realistic option for reaching downtown Yerevan or returning to the hotel was by taxi, as there were no convenient alternatives, making us completely dependent on transportation for even the simplest outings. The apartment building where we were accommodated was about a 5-minute walk from the main building. There was no elevator, and our apartment was on the third floor. Carrying 25-30 kg of luggage up several flights of stairs was already difficult, but what made it even worse was that the stairs were covered with synthetic grass, making them extremely slippery, even for a younger

“un séjour de 10 jours agréable, paisible. Connection à internet disponible en temps réel.”
+Bon emplacement. Pas très loin d'Erevan. Sécurité humainement bien assurée. Personnel pro actif. Wifi disponible.

Buiten hotelterrein wandeling is zeer beperkt.
