−While the accomodation looks modern in the photos, it’s already quite run down. I would also say that it’s extremely overpriced for what you get. Because the location is well out of the way, I’d recommend only staying a couple of nights max.

“Beautiful Villas and Grounds, But Service & Amenities Need Improvement - 3/5 Stars”
+Cross Bali Breakers has a lot of potential with its aesthetic and overall layout, but our stay fell short of the expectations set for a luxury resort due to several notable service and operational issues. On a positive note, the resort itself is visually stunning. It features a picturesque landscape filled with lush greenery and beautiful pool areas. Our villa was clean, modern, and offered a truly relaxing and private atmosphere, which we really enjoyed.
−Unfortunately, several aspects of our stay were disappointing: Sewerage Odor: There was a constant, unpleasant smell of sewerage in our villa area, which significantly impacted our comfort. Maintenance Issues: Upon check-in, our shower was completely blocked and needed immediate attention. Breakfast & Food Availability: The buffet breakfast lacked variety and suffered from being severely understaffed. Food ran out quickly and wasn't replenished promptly,on several occasions, trays were entirely empty when we went up to eat. Additionally, if you happened to miss breakfast, there were no food options available to order until 12:00 PM. Poolside Amenities & Staffing: The main pool area does not have enough day beds for guests, forcing us to sit in the restaurant area instead. To make matters worse, there were no pool bar staff available to order drinks from while relaxing by the water. Location: The resort is quite isolated and far from key attractions, meaning you constantly have to rely on transport to get anywhere. While the physical setting and modern villas are lovely, the lack of attentive service, limited food availability, and maintenance concerns mean the resort currently lack

“Sympatyczny pobyt na kilka dni”
+Bardzo dobra obsługa. Willa z 2 sypialniami i łazienkami bardzo ok. Pyszne śniadania. Duże baseny. Generalnie fajne miejsce.

“Hotel très agréable”
+Superbe hotel disposant de plusieurs très belles piscines et d’un parc très agréable. Notre villa était exceptionnelle, avec 2 chambres indépendantes (disposant chacune d’une salle de bain très bien équipée), un salon/salle à manger extérieur et une petite piscine privée… Le restaurant était bon et proposait une carte variée. Enfin le petit déjeuner est très bon et copieux. Petit coup de cœur pour le personnel qui est adorable et toujours souriant. Une belle adresse à recommander !

“Schöner und ruhiger Relax-Aufenthalt”
+Uns hat vor allem die ruhige Lage mit den Privatvillas inkl. Private Pool gefallen. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und reagiert sehr schnell und zuverlässig auf persönliche Wünsche/Anfragen. Die Anlage ist allgemein sehr schön und alles passt wunderbar zusammen. Das Frühstück ist auf alle Fälle ausreichend und man findet sicher etwas - die Auswahl ist nur nicht super groß - aber wie gesagt absolut ausreichend und sehr lecker. Der Kaffee ist super!
−Keine Kritik sondern als Hinweis gedacht: Man muss sich vorab über die ruhige Lage bewusst sein. Mit dem Scooter ist aber alles schnell und gut erreichbar!
