+The staff at the hotel were warm, charming, and truly beautiful people inside and out. They were genuinely hospitable and always made you feel welcome. The hotel is actually located in Balangan, not Jimbaran as I originally thought, which makes it a bit more tucked away and hidden,a nice surprise if you’re looking for something private and peaceful. The food selections were delicious, with plenty of variety, and the overall atmosphere was laid-back and relaxing. The vibe was perfect for unwinding. My room was spacious and cozy, though I did feel it was missing a proper closet to store clothes, and the TVs could use an upgrade. The pools stayed cool unless they were in direct sunlight, which was refreshing in the daytime but a little chilly at night. The bathroom had an open design, which some may enjoy, but I personally would have preferred it to be enclosed. The only downside to my stay was that because my flight was canceled, I lost one night and was told there would be no compensation for the missed day. While that was disappointing, I decided to let it go so I could enjoy the rest of my stay, and I’m glad I did. Overall, the combination of the staff’s hospitality, the hidden loc

+Great breakfast and villas had clean private pools. We didn’t go to any local attractions, but they upgraded us after having trouble with our stay. Would highly recommend for families and couples who want a good experience.

+For first timers to Bali this was a great choice for our stay. The property is located not too far from the airport, traffic is what makes the trip longer however once there everything is great. Our room had a private pool which was awesome and we also had the option of going to the main pools when we wanted to. The spa was another favourite we enjoyed the couples treatment. The buffet options provide an alternative to the usual menu which is great for variety. The staff were always friendly and happy to help whenever asked. Overall we enjoyed our stay.
