“Can't wait to go back.”
+Great breafast. Location could not be better, at the end of a quiet but very historical street with easy access on foot to all the main sites. Theresa is a charming and welcoming hostess. It's a place with a very eclectic style.
−Nothing.

“unhelpful management, no privacy, no parking, and an unwelcoming atmosphere.”
+It was central.
−The management were extremely unhelpful and made no effort to address concerns during my stay. The bathroom facilities are located across a public corridor, offering very little privacy and making the whole experience uncomfortable. Despite being told to keep noise to a minimum, we were greeted on arrival by aggressive, incessant dog barking. There is also absolutely no parking available, which was a major inconvenience. What made matters worse were the passive-aggressive notes left in the room, creating an unwelcoming atmosphere. These notes also made it clear that staff were entering the room while guests were out, which felt intrusive and unsettling. I have been travelling and staying in different accommodations for the past two weeks, and this was by far the worst place I stayed. Poor management, lack of privacy, uncomfortable facilities, and an overall hostile environment. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend it to anyone.

“This location was a great spot for the end of our Italian trip.”
+The location. The place itself was an old palazzo. The breakfast was great. The host was friendly.
−Due to the fact that this is a very old building, the wifi was not great in our room though it did work quite well in the hallway outside our room.
