+Comfortable, enough space, excellent bathroom, spacious common areas, yummy breakfast burger.
−Got several emails about the upcoming stay, but it was hard to find the important information (eg that the external door would be locked at night, and access needed the room access code - it wasn't clear to me). Reorganising the emails/texts to highlight the key points with, say, bullet points, might be helpful.

“Amazing!!”
+Awesome stay! Such a cool place amazing room! Absolutely loved it! Staff were so helpful! There are also really nice shared spaces and I liked the location being a little bit away from the hustle and bustle
−I did have trouble getting into my room with the wrong codes given to me and I checked in after hours but luckily staff were still onsite and could let me in,

“Would stay again”
+The property and rooms are very well presented. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The pub next door is very good. The free cookies are delicious.
−The property is at the top of a hill and about a half an hour walk into down town. There seemed to be a local bus but we didn't notice until we'd walked back up the hill. In hindsight we should've asked or taken the car.

+Alles perfekt.
