“Bad”
+Location is good.
−This property does not meet the basic requirement for taking in paying guests. The standards regarding safety, security and hygiene are unacceptable. The door key is left under the doormat outside the front door. No key code box. No lock on the bedroom door, so unable to secure possessions when you are out. The room is accessed through the kitchen, then at the end of a utility room, There is no smoke alarm in any of these rooms. Cleanliness is very poor, filthy bathroom floor and mats, dead flies on the window sills. Bathroom generally filthy. No sink in the bathroom, had to wash hands and brush teeth in the utitlity room. 2 enormous spiders in the bedroom. This property has clearly not been vetted by booking. com before being added to their website, which is very poor practice. I suggest you remove this property from your website immediately. We would not have stayed at the property, other than for the fact we had already paid in full and there was no other availability in Lichfield on that night. A refund would be appreciated as the standard of this property are unacceptable!!
