“Exceptional hostel - For experiences”
+The bar was lovely, The games are lovely, Hammocks were also nice, Bike rental was available at a good price. They allow you to bring your friends from other hostels for games so that's a plus.. Every part of it was lovely..

+Staff, location, good AC
−One toilet didn’t have a bidet spray and the flush was weak but the other one was fine so not a big deal

+It Was a really great place to start our trip in the Phillipines. Had a lot of fun, met some great folks and was able to get to everywhere I wanted to very conveniently Their social events each evening are a big point of difference and really helps you become friends with all your hostel mates. Would highly recommend

“The Perfect Place to Stay in Moalboal.”
+Crazy Bear was more than just a hostel, it really felt like a place I’d known for a long time. There’s so much I could mention, but I really loved how clean the rooms were and the night events like karaoke, trivia, and card games. They’re such a great way to meet people, especially if you’re traveling solo. They also rent scooters and organize fun activities like canyoneering and other things to do around Moalboal, which makes it really easy to explore the area. The staff are all super friendly and helpful. Shoutout to Chim, she’s the perfect host. super friendly, helpful, and really down to earth. All the other staff were amazing too.
−The only thing I’d say is the shower pressure could be better, and maybe having extra towels for longer stays would be great.

+Really nice hostel. Comfy beds, two pillows per bed with outlet, lamp and curtain. The social area was nice and the staff were great organising events. Great water fountain that gave really cold water! Good selection of games in the bar area too. We liked the group chat as well. We never had to wait for the showers or toilets either which was good. They prioritised putting people in the same room to increase the socialising which was nice. They didn’t mind us moving beds either when requested They stored our luggage for us when we had checked out until we left
−The bamboo showers were so nice but 2/3 showers needed better water pressure There was a power cut both days we were there which left the rooms boiling as the air con didn’t work. I know the staff aren’t to blame for this. During the stay I asked to move beds from a top to a bottom which the staff said was ok. I said I was going out for a couple hours and asked if that was okay and if we could do it when I got back. When I got back I asked if it was okay to do it then and they said they had already done it for me. This shocked me a bit as I had many personal items in the bed and they had a male staff member move them all. I expressed how I felt and they apologised for this but nothing else was done.
