+Room sizes are nice and large. Spacious with a self contained kitchenette across rear wall with oven, stove, microwave, bar fridge and kettle. Basic kitchenware provided too which is always pleasing and helpful. Kitchen also has full-size sink so it's extremely accommodating as far as meal preparation goes. Shower had good pressure and bed was comfortable. Heater controlled room temperature well and they provide extra blanket which I generally love to find as a feature as it keeps the beds tidy for longer and adds to comfortability of most rooms considerably. We had to check in at a later hour so this being accommodated at one AM I appreciated beyond measure. Owner is fair and reasonable and seems to operate the establishment well. His staff that carry out housekeeping and confirm check outs are also fair and as far as I can tell as long as their rules aren't broken and you're upfront and transparent with your plans they're all easy going and nice
−Touch points in toilet/bathroom door and walks needed thorough cleaning as grime from previous guests was clearly evident which I found unsettling. Online the rooms are cheaper than direct to hotel being 135 online and when in person the fee is 150 per night. Still decent value considering how well the rooms accommodate a self contained model of motel. Very close to cop shop though and they did have to call them on a freeloader that broke in n stayed undiscovered until next morning poor staff did well considering
