+The owner was good
−The other people too noisy, they didn’t respected quite time, I felt a little bit scared of the people there. There were a lot of people besides the guests coming into the property. The place looked clean but old. Not well maintained and dirty

“Good for a weekend, no longer than that!”
+The bed was comfy, and the shower was hot. The host let me check in earlier.
−The location was ok, it wasn't the best, I would call it hood adjacent. The outside was dirty, and the gate was broken. I didn't get BNB vibes, more like a rooming house. The walls were dirty, the kitchen floor was broken, and the cabinets were sticky. the vanity in the bathroom, and had a huge piece of grey electric tape. Lastly, the AC was extremely dirty, and the smoke alarm was missing in my room. Also, the other guests were smoking either cigarettes or marijuana

“I could not wait to leave from the property”
+The room was neat but the entire house was unsafe traveling up three flights of steps the steps were loose and the banister was loose also going towards the kitchen to put the food in the refrigerator the flooring was very loose if you step too hard you might end up with your foot through the hostess was very shrewd when communicating and not understanding.
−It needs to be in a cleaner neighborhood when you arrive to the front door it's in an area where all of the outside is loaded with a bunch of trash trash bags trash all on the ground very disgusting I did not want to put my suitcases down the place also had Little critters look like baby roaches
