+The property was good overall. The rooms were large enough for two people, came with a projector to watch something before bed, and had an in-room sink. The shared bathroom was only shared with one other room, so there were no issues at all. Regarding the staff, the girl who checked us in on the first day was super nice and even spoke a little Spanish.
−On our departure day left a bitter taste in our mouths due to a very stressful situation. We were told we could leave our bags at the hostel until 4:00 PM before heading to the airport. When we returned at 3:00 PM, everything was locked and there was no staff in sight. We spent 45 minutes trying to reach someone to recover our belongings. Nobody answered the emergency phones, and when we finally got through to someone, they promised to send help but no one ever showed up. After 45 minutes of pure stress and fear of missing our flight, we managed to get a response through the intercom. They finally opened the doors remotely with a code. This final experience generated a lot of unnecessary stress and really ruined what had been a pleasant stay.

“Great budget hotel in Sydney- highly recommended”
+Friendly, helpful staff. The room was small but well equipped (kettle, fridge, and a projector rather than a tv) Breakfast was simple but very good (cereal, toast, cakes, juice, cheese and sausages with eggs at the weekend). The communal kitchen had plenty of fridge space and was never too busy. It's shared bathrooms but they were never busy and were kept very clean. We left for a few days to visit the blue mountains and they stored our luggage and when we returned it was waiting in our room. Top service!
−Breakfast started at 0800, personally that's a bit late for me, I would prefer from 0700. Not a negative, just a comment.

+The bed was hard, that's not always a terrible thing everyone has their own preference. Everything was very clean and tidy even the shared toilets

+Loved the room, the set up was amazing. Lovely furnishings and the projector to watch movies in your bed plus the lighting options were good
−Can hear EVERYTHING through the walls. Unfortunately there were a number of Indian residents walking up and down the first and second floors and down the hallways, yelling at each other, talking loudly, moving furniture scraping it on floors and making a lot of noise until at least 12am. I had to be up at 4am to be at the hospital around the corner for surgery at 6am and it made it hard to get to sleep

+Great location, truly ‘cozy’ rooms which don’t feel small at all, everything was clean, staff was friendly. Easy check in and check out process.
−Sound proof is not so good so you could hear sounds from the next door and the heavy door closing sound at night. Bed is a little hard.

“Petit hôtel avec Bon rapport qualité prix pour Sydney.”
+C’est bien placé à 10 minutes à pied du CBD dans une rue calme. Les chambres sont petites mais confortables et bien décoré, la salle de bain commune est propre. Petit lavabo et frigo dans les chambres. Petit déjeuné inclus le matin simple mais correct. On a pas utilisé la cuisine commune mais semblait plutôt bien équipé. L’Accueil est chaleureux (accueil ouvert 8h16h)
−Peu de pins négatifs : Moyennement isolé entre les chambres mais ça ne nous a pas trop gêné. Peu de rangement dans les chambres si séjour long.
