“Great hotel close to the airport and shuttle”
+The purpose of this hotel room was to be close to Icheon airport for a very early morning flight. The location is great , next to the shuttle bus for pick up or drop off to Terminal 1 or 2. We used to shuttle to arrive and a taxi to depart to the airport as we needed to check in before the shuttle started. The room itself is large and very comfortable for one night. There is also a cool bar next door for some chilled drinks and plenty of restaurants to have a decent meal
−The bathroom towels were tiny. I mean the size of a t-towel.

+I like how close it was to the airport and there is a free shuttle that regularly goes around. Everything I needed was there.

+Good location with a free airport shuttle to get there easily. 24/7 convenience store inside the same building. Room is quite spacious with a little kitchen.
−TV didn't work, small towels, shutters for the window didn't work.

“Disappointing for the 1 hour I was there to arrange alternative accomodation .”
+The room was big
−The building it’s located in is mixed with a heap of food outlets and the smell was strong - multiple oil diffusers put out was overpowering, gave me an immediate headache and made me feel ill. Small window that gave no airflow - I tried to turn on the aircon - reached out to property to say it wasn’t working, was told the building manages it and turns it off in Autumn which I was not aware of until arrival - the facilities say air con . I sat on the bed which was hard , found it difficult to breathe with no ventilation and left the accommodation .

−It was difficult to find initially. Booking.com just mentioned the place as Cozy Bright Studio. But the name of the place was actually Dio-ville. Washing machine doesn't have dryer. There was no washing liquid either. One of the appliances were not properly cleaned ( forgot which one fridge or washing machine i believe)

“Expected less for the price and for the location, but how the basics of human hygiene missing was unacceptable.”

−No sheets on the bed. Shower filthy, and the AC simply did not work. It was an uncomfortable bed, sleeping on top as no sheets. Blinds were useless
