“Excellent Value for Money near Seminyak Beach”
+The property is clean and cozy secluded in the quite area near main road. The property was clean and rooms were of good size. We loved our 2 days stay here. The staff is very helpful and thy offer the plates and other utensils for any takeout food you order. The beach is just a short 10-minute walk from property. There is a Mart right on the corner where you can buy the necessary items. The pool was being cleaned and maintained every day which was the good part.
−The only problem was with hot water; the hot water was not consistent or could be the heater issue during our stay. if you are travelling solo then the walk alone at night could be scary

+The location is amazing!! It's a quiet oasis in the heart of seminyak. You can walk to everything you need from here! The rooms were quite large and so was the balcony! Staff were so helpful and accommodating!
−Our is a little dated, they really need to change their tap handles! They were so hard to use. And replace the soap containers etc. Other than that great!

“Great value for money”
+Very helpful, friendly staff, tidy and great value for money. Good maintained swimming pool and outside area. I definitely would stay there again.
−Rooms are a little bit tied. It's a bit out of the way, but with plenty of private drivers, it means a short wait for one. A 10 to 15 minutes wait to shops.

“Terrible communication , do not recommend”
+Nothing - the communication was absolutely terrible, bed bugs and ants all through the room and construction right door meant high pitch drilling all day long. Plus walls are paper thin an could hear neighbours talking!!
