“Great place to stay, comfortable beds, and clean nice spaces.”
+Your hotel was very nice, clean, and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The bed was so comfy cozy! The black out curtains were amazing, it seemed like it was still the middle of the night when we opened them at 8 am, only to see a bright sunny day.
−The only minor problem was that when I turned on the heater, the room filled with smoke. Probably the first time in the season the heat was turned on. I turned it off immediately and it was fine. Told the front desk the next morning and they apologized and said they would fix it.

“Our stay was upsetting, inconvenient, & enough confirmation to never stay here again.”
+The common areas were nice and clean. Looked well maintained.
−I booked a specific room here on booking.com only to be told by the property upon arrival that that room type I reserved does not exist. Also, once we got into a different room (that technically didn’t even fit my family properly), our sheets in both queen beds had stains that looked like blood and makeup on them as well as many long hairs folded into the sheets and comforter. I tried calling down for a change of bedding but was met with being told there should be bedding in our closet. Once I identified there was not, I could not get a hold of the front desk.

−They double charge for they’re rooms after you already paid in full on booking

+Location was great.
−Having housekeeping every other day was a surprise. Also, having to pay $15/day for parking when there is such a large parking lot with so many empty spaces was unnecessary in my opinion.

“Awful”
+I stayed at 4 different hotels on this trip, and this was by far the worst. Elizabeth at the front desk was awful. The room was disgusting and had weird bugs in the sink. Would not recommend.
