“Disappointed”
+The location, price, dark vibes.
−Room smelt musty. The property was very dated and showing it's age. The shower had hair in it and was very small. There was no soap in the shower.

−They overbooked and had to move us to another hotel at Midnight after a long drive. The other room we had they locked us out the second day, the pool was closed due to a failed inspection and the window in the room was broken. The hotel they moved us to locked us out the second day and said we had only booked 1 night instead of 3. The pool was closed at that hotel and the hotel was not clean. Hotel would not refund any money and I called customer service at booking.com and they did not help either to get any money back from this terrible stay.

“I would never stay here again”
+The lobby was very clean the room was not.
−The fridge was dirty the sheets in the bed were not in right Someone tried getting into our room at 930 they messed up on something at check in my key didn’t work at first. Then 430 am who ever was working also tried getting into our my room. I had the top lock over so they didn’t get in I called the desk and he apologized but I told the girl at 930 I didn’t want it to happen again because my daughter had a test early in the morning. I was not happy with that at all why would you try it at 430 in the morning. I have stayed at a lot of places. They need to also tell you at check in there is a fee for breakfast. I get prices of stuff goes up but you shouldn’t have to pay those prices for food. I will not stay at this location again. I didn’t feel safe with just me and my daughter especially at 430 in the morning someone trying to get in our room. I almost called the cops

“Horrible”
+While the front desk was nice, the condition of the hotel is horrible. 1. Pool closed by the city, very dirty area. 2. Elevators and hallway carpet dirty not vacuumed. 3. Room was dirty, not vacuumed, tub was peeling, long hairs on the bathroom floor. Toilet was bowl had brown ring stains. A/C would not get room cooler than 76 degrees. Fridge had long hair and food splattered in it. We ended up leaving and not staying there, because it was so unclean ( sticky surfaces) and the room wouldn’t get cool.

+The fact that it had air conditioning. Ours isn't working so we needed a place to sleep that wasn't 90 degrees.
−Mold/mildew in the bathroom, dirty stained carpeting in the hallway, unpleasant smell

“Pricy for one night on a non event weekend in Bloomington-Normal. The room was supposed to have a sleeper sofe and did n”
+Close to ISU campus.
−The room I booked and paid for did not have a sleeper sofa as advertised. The vanity was super tiny made for 1 person. The room was setup for handicapped person which I’m not handicapped nor is my spouse.

“Not a Great Courtyard”
+Checked in late at night to find a bed that had not been dressed with sheets. The front desk agent was apologetic and helpful, "upgrading" me to a room with a balcony. It was a fairly empty gesture, considering the weather (30 degrees and snowy). The bed was as uncomfortable as I've experienced in a hotel. The room was tired and not all that great.

+The staff at the little food stand in the lobby all the hotel staff
−It was old in the rooms and Ned’s updating. The tv didn’t work with the remote and CC was not working as a person with hearing impairment this was bothersome
