+Room was comfortable. We had a suite and liked the separate areas for us and our kids. The location was great since we were there for a concert at Bryce Jordan Center. They had a shuttle to get there and back, but we didn't use it.
−The bathroom floor had a small spot that was missed. The breakfast was okay, but didn't like the egg patties or hard boiled eggs.

“I would definitely return to this hotel.”
+Extremely clean and people working were friendly. All my questions were answered and the shuttle service to the venue on Sunday night was perfect.
−There is nothing to report.

“Would recommend it to others.”
+Room was nice, seemed location was safe, good parking. Shower was large, nice. Good location, easy to get into and out of. Liked the pool was indoors.
−Although I was not able to use the amenities on this trip, The pool and hot tub looked good but it would be nice if the gym had at least one universal weight machine. Only a bench and dumbbells.

“Excellent value for money serviced by Top tier staff”
+Breakfast included. Not a great deal of choices, but the food was good and fresh. The staff require a special mention. They made us feel so much at home. They went far out of their way to help us with our stay. They need a great applause for their service
−Nothing actually we disliked. The pillows were very small, but other than that the overall appointment of the room, the location, the building were fantastic

+It was really clean. It was pretty quiet. Nice to have luggage carts.
−Not very friendly. Beds were hard. Air conditioner was very loud in the room. Pillows were small and terrible. Overall it was disappointing for the money/brand.
